The solvent, Reffinate and slop (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of use in Automobiles) order 2000.
Under the solvent, Raffinate and slop (Acquisition on sale, storage and prevention of use in Automobiles) order 2000 issued by Central Government, empowering the State Government, to issue license under the said order.
The Government of Goa vide its Notification have authorised the Director of Civil Supplies and Price Control for issue of license under the solvent
Raffinate and slop (Acquisition, Sale, and Prevention of use in Automobiles) order 2000.
Under the said order to grant license, the party have to apply in prescribed forms and submit the same along with supporting document for information provided. The same is verified and only after site inspection license is issued to the applicant.
The Government of Goa have delegated power of search and seizure to the Director,
Asstt. Director of Civil Supplies, All Police Officers not below the rank of Dy. Superintendent of Police and the Mamlatdar.
