Contents of the Complaints
The complaint of the consumer should contain the following necessary information:
(1) The complainant should give his full name and postal address,
(2) The name and postal address of the opposite party/parties.
(3) Facts relating to the complaint, which can include any allegations, made by the complainant in regards to any of the following, among others:

That the complainant has suffered loss or damage as a result of any unfair trade practices adopted by any trader.

That the good mentioned in the complaint suffer from one or more defects.

That services mentioned in the complaint suffer from deficiencies in any respect.

That a trader has charged for the goods mentioned in the complaint,
(i) a price in excess of the price fixed by law or,
(ii) a price in excess of the price displayed on goods or,
(iii) a price in excess of the price displayed on any packet containing such goods.
(4) The complainant should enclose any documents, receipts, letters etc. if any has been relied by the complainant. The complainant can pray for the relief that he desire to seek from the redressal agency.
