Under the
Chairmanship of Director of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs the
Consumer Complaint Cell is functioning in the Department of Civil Supplies
and Consumer Affairs. Any Consumer having grievances against any default,
deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, restrictive trade practices
or sale of spurious goods may make a complaint to this cell, unless
otherwise stating and as necessary name of the complainant is kept
confidential. The opposite party is asked to give clarification on the
complaint made and solution to the consumer problem is sought. |
